Arterial Lower Extremity Duplex w/ABI

Duplex ultrasound of the legs to assess blood flow to the feet. This exam includes ankle brachial indices which assess healing potential to the feet and toes.
Ankle Brachial Index
30 minutes
Doppler ultrasound to assess healing potential to the feet and toes which is done by obtaining pressure in the arms and the ankles.
Aorta Ultrasound Complete
30 minutes
Duplex ultrasound of the main arterial in the abdomen artery. This assess the size for aneurysm as well as the circulation to leading to the legs
Carotid Duplex
30 minutes
Duplex ultrasound of both sides of the neck to asses for blockages in blood flow to the brain. The common carotid, internal carotid, external carotid, and vertebral arteries are investigated.
Arterial Segmental Lower Extremity w/ Duplex
90 minutes
Doppler ultrasound to assess blow flow in the extremities and digits. This exam is done to identify areas of blockage in the segments of the lower extremity This exam includes duplex ultrasound to visualize possible blockages in the vessels.
Lower Extremity Venous Duplex Bilateral
45 minutes
Duplex ultrasound of the legs to assess for blood colts. The veins of the legs are evaluated from the groin to the ankle in both legs.
Upper Extremity Venous Duplex Bilateral
45 minutes
Duplex ultrasound of the arms to assess for blood clots. The veins of the arms are evaluated from the neck down to the wrist on both sides.
Lower Extremity Venous Duplex Unilateral
30 minutes
Duplex ultrasound of one leg to assess for blood clots. The veins in the leg are evaluated from the groin to the ankle.
Upper Extremity Venous Duplex Unilateral
30 minutes
Duplex ultrasound of the arm to assess for blood clots. The veins in the symptomatic arm are evaluated from the neck to the wrist.
Arterial Upper Extremity Duplex w/ WBI
90 minutes
Duplex ultrasound of the upper arms to assess blood flow to the fingers. This exam includes wrist brachial indices to assess if the arm and fingers are getting adequate blood supply.
